According to multible celebrity news outlets Heidi Montag wants more surgeries! This 23 year old "Hills" girl has already gotten 10 surgeries whicj recently included breast implants, lip botox, nose reduction and something called "Ear Pinned Back"! 

The scary thing about going under the knife quite often is that you increase the risk of something going terribly wrong.   

Let's hope that she changes her mind and realizes that she looks fine the way the way she looks now.
