Hey Fashionistas:
We are so used to seeing brides in their long white gowns with their 2 foot trains, large veils, etc. but now there is a new look! Below are the new unusal looks that were found at Bridal Fashion Week and I expect that they will become popular!

Theia Bridal Fall 2012
Pants!
This was the first unusual look for brides I have seen and I have to say...I like! I think that if you're brave enough to rock this look on your wedding day then you are a true fashionista! I would love to see someone with this look and have them model walk down the aisle! FIERCE!

Monique Lhuillier Bridal Fall 2012
Short Hemlines
Unlike the classic long dress, many bridal designers debuted shorter hems. I wonder what's the new fascination with shorter hem lines... First the prom dress, now the bridal gown. I think that the gown should be long because like prom, this is the one day that you can wear an elegant gown without looking crazy. Not to mention it just tends to look like a white party dress.

Carolina Herrera Bridal Fall 2012
Jackets
I love it! Something about the look is classic. It kind of reminds me of how Michelle Obama and Kate Middleton dresses. Girly, and classy. Also who says that a bride doesn't get cold.

Reem Acra Bridal Fall 2012
Thigh-High Slits
Ok, now this might work for a red carpet but I'm not to sure if this look works for a wedding...that's just my opinion!

Romona Keveza Bridal Fall 2012
Black
And last but not least this new trend...I guess this was created to appeal to all the new TV shows (like Vampire Diaries) and Tim Burton movies. I don't know if I like the trend. What happened to pure white? The rules have surely changed...
What do you think of the new trends??? Which would you consider wearing? Opinions, thoughts, comments?
