Hi Tweety! I'm short and want to look taller for my prom. What should I do?

Hi Whitney!
Confidence- This is the one thing I can guarantee that will make you look taller. When you have confidence, it straightens up your back, evens out your shoulders, and makes you smile.
Pilates/Yoga- An awesome way to work on your posture which helps you stand tall. It also helps you pull in your stomach which straightens out the body.
Dress- Wearing a floor knee-length dress might be your best choice because it will add length to your legs. An illusion of height.
Shoes- Picking the right shoes can make make you appear tall. So look for shoes that are at least 4-5 inches in heel. Just be sure to wear a height that you can walk in and remember that your safety/health is more important!
Hair- High buns are looking good this year so try one on for size and watch yourself grow...lol

Monica (From MD): Dear Tweety, I am going to a family and friends get-together and there are some people I haven’t seen in YEARS and I’m not sure what to wear? Any advice for me?
Tweety: Hey Monica! I think it all depends on the location (whether it’s outside or inside), weather, and kind of event it is. For example, if you are going to a family/friends cookout in a park where it is sunny in the summer I would advise you to wear comfortable sneakers or nice sandals but I don’t think you should wear $199 high heels, lol. And I wouldn’t wear my special party dress if I know there is a possibility that BBQ sauce can end up on it! All and all, you should really be concerned with being comfortable. I know that when my family gets together we end up playing games and sports like dodge ball so if you know your family likes to do things like that be sure to wear pants or shorts so that everyone won’t see ‘all your business’! LOL…Have fun!

oKay im 5'11 and im Only 16 years old everywere i go sombody is always saying omgOsh your really tall or something like that like idont kno or something but waterver and most guys that are tall dont really like tall girls or so it seems. . idont know what to do i feel so out of place like i dont fit in or something and im not all skinny either but im not hugely fat either. idk what should i do any answers. .????
