| The magazine cover that making countries clutch their pearls... |
Last week, Fashionista.com reported the September issue of a magazine called, Dazed & Confused was banned from several countries and now it is officially confirmed that seven countries banned the magazine's issue.
What could have caused the chaos? Well, the magazine's cover featured model and rapper, Azealia Banks (the new face of T by Alexander Wang) with a pink condom to her lips, blowing it up with the caption, "Azealia Banks Blows Up".

I offically think that this is the year of the weirdest and oddest advertisement!
Fluid Hair, a Canadian salon released a six-ad series entitled, “Look good in all you do” more than one year ago to bring more business to their salon but it seems like all they are getting is BAD Business with at least two of their pictures.
The owner of the Edmonton-based Fluid Hair, Sarah Cameron thinks the advertisement was "art" and they were not meant to cause any trouble and she has no real reason to get rid of the photos.
So what is the cause of these controvesy? Well it all began with the following pictures...

The fashion and beauty industry has once again gone to another level. Now there is a report that these limited edition gold-plated, diamond-encrusted contact lenses by Dr. Chawan were created and to be sold for $15,000! What do you think of that in this falling economy?
Shekhar Eye Research Center, in India, created a gold-plated, diamond encrusted contact lens! Dr. Chawan said he got the idea after his wife had diamonds implanted in her teeth. The contacts feature 18 diamonds that are placed on top of a ring of yellow or white gold. But can they be dangerous?

Thylane Lena-Rose Blondeau is the 10-year-old model above. Would you have been able to tell by just looking at the picture? Well, the 10 year old from the Ivory Coast is becoming world known for this Paris Vogue editorial and her controvesial pictures where she is posing in clothing that is way too mature for her! There is even a photo were her chest is only covered by beads and her hair.
Although not all of her photos in her profolio are disturbing there are some that are.

A lot of controversy is going around about this new Berjuan Toys' doll entitled, "The Breast Milk Baby". The doll, retailing at little under $100, was made to show the beauty of breast feeding to young girls, but may moms and dads feel as though the doll is too much!
The doll, that whines and cries like a baby also makes sucking noises, comes with a bra-like-top that is made just for the toy. It has little flowers in the middle of the top were the doll's mouth should go so that it can drink and after the baby is fed she baby burps.
"The Breast Milk Baby will revolutionize our nation's attitudes to good infant health, while letting little girls share in the wonder and magic of motherhood," Berjuan writes on its website. "The Breast Milk Baby lets young girls express their love and affection in the most natural way possible, just like mommy!" The even have few articles like, "Why Little Girls Need to Learn to Breastfeed" where they talk about how they think the Breast Milk Baby could be great for your child in the long run.
What do you think of the "Breast Milk Baby"? Are parents making too much of a big deal about it? Would you buy it for your daughter?
