Hey Fashionistas! 

Today I was felling a little blue...not sad, just blue. So I decided to put on a pair of Old Navy's and a simple short sleeved sweater that I got for a discount. To create my relaxed Street Chic, I paired it with a pair of fly heels from Shoe Republic LA and a pair of funky earrings from Venus Visuals and old pieces that I pulled out my jewelry box (ring and necklace). I love my shades by Rampage and the top bun is courtesy of my little sister, Pooka. 

Do you think you spend too much on makeup?

According to The Gloss, Women spend $7 billion a year on makeup, and that's around $100 each.

Vanity Fare says in the U.S. alone, 68% of the 70 million women in the country (48 million) work and have money to spend on beauty, and $17 billion dollars is spent on makeup in the U.S. alone.

Some say, women purchase 2-3 times on average more makeup than they need or use.

The average woman owns:

7 Lipsticks but use only 2.6 of them on rotation
12 Eyeshadows but only use 5 of them on rotation <– the biggest category!
2-3 Mascaras but only uses 1 daily
3 forms of blush in various shades but only uses 1 daily
2 foundations and they use one or both daily

I am pleased to introduce you to someone who is not only great at what she does professionally but she is also one of my favorites.

Meet Toni of Sultry. Toni has been doing my make up for a little over a year and she works wonders when it comes to giving me the natural look that I so desire. Toni is very popular amongst the preteen population as well. How is this so? Well, Toni has a tea party event at least twice a year that caters to young girls from 4-12 years old where they are pampered from head to toe.

I guess the only way you can make a tattoo that is a statement without it being there forever is to make it temporary and made of real 24-carat gold!
